MANAGEMENT AND STAFFING STRUCTURE

TRUST has 14 Board of Directors.  There is continuity and commitment from the Directors and they bring a variety of skills from sectoral and geographical interests including disability, ethnic issues and localities.  They have a wealth of expertise in the voluntary, statutory and private sectors.

The organisation's management and staffing includes the Board of Directors, Core Policy Group, the Manager, Administrator, youth Project Worker, Equalities Officer, BME Women's Development Worker, BME Men's Development Worker, two Mental Health Development Workers and the Finance Officer.
